So… you just wiped with type.
Hello hello! Thank you for stopping by this tumblr and thank you for wiping with type! I so do appreciate it. If you’re here, it means that you’ve just participated in my Typography II final project at YCP. My goal is to teach others all about typography and the beauty of it, and also the frustrations that come with being a designer lost in a typographic world. Here you will find all sorts of beautiful example of type from around the web or in real life. In addition to beautiful examples, you’ll also find some hideous ones from bunion billboards or something of the like. Check back frequently please!
Hellooooo. Think Wipe With Type was gone? WRONG! If anyone has the chance, head over to the gallery at York from now until July 5th for an awe-inspiring, typographically chaged event. Typorama features work from students in the Spring Semester’s Typography II class. Both sections of the class were filled with some seriously type obsessed designers who all created badass type projects.
In other news, folks may be finding themselves wiping with type in the DC metro area. If I can work some details out, WWT may be surprisng strangers in the most fabulous parts of DC.
In conclusion, please stop by the gallery at YCP (located conveniently in Wolf Hall) to take another look at your favorite “type” (HAH!) of toliet paper!
